【摘要】:項(xiàng)目管理[1]理論引入國內(nèi)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)有三十多年,并在很多行業(yè)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,成為一門與實(shí)際緊密聯(lián)系的新學(xué)科。目前,項(xiàng)目管理理論在國內(nèi)地鐵通信項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用最為廣泛的理論,可以簡單的歸納“四控”、“六管”、“一協(xié)調(diào)”,即質(zhì)量控制、進(jìn)度控制、成本控制、安全控制,現(xiàn)場管理、合同管理、生產(chǎn)要素管理、信息管理、竣工驗(yàn)收管理、項(xiàng)目后期管理,從項(xiàng)目組織的內(nèi)部和外部進(jìn)行全面的組織協(xié)調(diào)。但國內(nèi)地鐵通信項(xiàng)目管理更多是從項(xiàng)目組織結(jié)構(gòu)的方面進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理,而對于應(yīng)用基于數(shù)據(jù)分析的量化管理不是特別重視[12]。本文作者從事地鐵通信項(xiàng)目管理十五年,在工作中遇到過很多問題,很認(rèn)真的思考過如何更有效的對地鐵通信項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理,提供工作效率的同時(shí)確保項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,通過對項(xiàng)目成本和進(jìn)度管理[2]的分析和研究,以期探索出合理的項(xiàng)目成本管理和進(jìn)度管理[3]方法,以適應(yīng)我國目前高速發(fā)展的軌道交通建設(shè)需要,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理理論在軌道交通建設(shè)通信系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用。本文結(jié)合寧波地鐵2號線一期通信系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中項(xiàng)目管理的需要,探討了項(xiàng)目管理成本和進(jìn)度控制理論在地鐵通信系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用。論文介紹了成本管理和進(jìn)度管理的基本理論,分析了影響寧波地鐵2號線一期通信項(xiàng)目成本和進(jìn)度的因素,通過對影響項(xiàng)目成本管理和進(jìn)度主要因素的分析,提出通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖對成本和進(jìn)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。最后介紹利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)對成本管理和進(jìn)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化取得的效果。寧波地鐵2號線一期通信項(xiàng)目成本優(yōu)化和進(jìn)度優(yōu)化結(jié)果,為在國內(nèi)地鐵通信項(xiàng)目中進(jìn)一步推廣基于數(shù)據(jù)分析的量化管理提供了借鑒和參考。

But the domestic subway communication project management is project management from more the organizational structure of the project, and for the application of quantitative management of data analysis [12]. not pay special attention to the author engaged in subway communication project management based on fifteen years, met a lot at work The problem, after thinking seriously about how to carry out more effective management of Metro Communication Project, provide work efficiency and ensure the economic benefits of the project, through the analysis and Research on the project cost and schedule management of [2] and [3] in order to explore a reasonable method of project cost management and schedule management, in order to adapt to the high speed at present in our country the development of rail transit construction, to further promote the application of project management theory in the construction of railway traffic communication system in project management. Combining with the Ningbo Metro Line 2 to a communication system in the construction project management, discusses the application of the project management cost and schedule control theory in the construction of subway communication system. This paper introduces the basic theory of cost management and schedule management, analyzed the influence factors of Ningbo Metro Line No. 2 communication the first phase of the project cost and schedule, the impact of the project cost management And the progress of the analysis of the main factors, put forward through the network plan optimization of cost and schedule. Finally, using network technology to optimize the effect of cost management and communication schedule. The first phase of the project of Ningbo Metro Line 2, cost optimization and schedule optimization results, to further promote and provide the reference of quantitative management of data analysis based on the domestic subway communication project.
