【摘要】：審計(jì)署依靠傳統(tǒng)的審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理模式、溝通手段和工作方式已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需要,需要通過新的審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施來改變現(xiàn)有的管理模式與業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高審計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)使用效率,規(guī)范審計(jì)管理流程,以適應(yīng)審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的發(fā)展需求,提升現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審計(jì)效率。 本文通過研究金審一期與金審二期的審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng),提出了一套全新的審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理解決方案。本文首先分析了國(guó)內(nèi)的研究現(xiàn)狀以及審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的當(dāng)前用戶現(xiàn)狀、建設(shè)目標(biāo)、數(shù)據(jù)處理要求及詳細(xì)的審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理流程,分別對(duì)審計(jì)問題填報(bào)、審計(jì)問題審核和審計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行了功能性需求分析,然后從總體上設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),總體的框架設(shè)計(jì)采用B/S的架構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中運(yùn)用了HTML5及J2EE技術(shù),采用HTML5與JAVA語言開發(fā)和模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文接著論述了部分模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),介紹了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試情況,通過系統(tǒng)測(cè)試與應(yīng)用,表明本文所開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)能較好地滿足審計(jì)署的審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理要求。本文詳細(xì)描述了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施過程和實(shí)施的效果,表明該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審計(jì)離線應(yīng)用,精細(xì)化管理和提高審計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)使用效率的目標(biāo),顯著提高了審計(jì)的信息化管理水平。最后,對(duì)課題的研究成果進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中的難點(diǎn)問題和對(duì)策,并提出了下一步工作的展望。 本文作者參與了文中所有功能模塊的開發(fā)工作,其中包括審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)客戶端中的問題填報(bào)模塊、審計(jì)問題審核模塊等,以及審計(jì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的后臺(tái)開發(fā)中的客戶端版本管理模塊、審計(jì)項(xiàng)目及權(quán)限設(shè)置模塊和本地磁盤文件操作插件的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。在測(cè)試階段和實(shí)際使用中表明,該系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。
[Abstract]:The audit department audit field rely on the traditional management mode, communication means and ways of working have been unable to meet the needs of business development, need to change the current management mode and business process through the design and implementation of the new audit on-site management system, improve the efficiency of audit data, standardize the audit management process, in order to adapt to the development needs of the audit fieldwork management the site audit efficiency.
Through the study of the audit and audit of a site management system two stage audit, put forward a new audit site management solutions. This paper first analyzes the status of domestic research and audit management system the current user status, construction goal, data processing requirements and detailed site management audit process, the audit issues respectively. Reporting, analyzed the functional requirements of the audit the audit and audit project management, and design the structure of the system as a whole, function structure and network topology, the design of the overall framework of the B/S architecture, system development using HTML5 and J2EE technology, the design method of HTML5 and JAVA language and module development the thesis discusses the detailed design of some modules and database, this paper introduces the test system, through the system test and application form The system developed in this paper can meet the requirements of site management audit of the audit. This paper describes the system implementation process and the results show that the system realizes the on-site audit offline application, fine management and improve the efficiency of audit data usage, significantly improve the audit information management level. Finally, summarizes the findings of the research, introduces the difficulties and Countermeasures in the development of the system, and put forward the prospects for the next step.
The author participates in all the functions of the development work, including the problem of audit reporting module on-site management system client, audit the audit module, as well as the background and development of the auditing management system version management in client module, the design and implementation of audit items and permissions module and local disk file operation plugin that in the testing phase and the actual use, the system has reached the expected goal.
