【摘要】：國家“十二五”規(guī)劃中對(duì)于高等教育教學(xué)改革提出了加強(qiáng)在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練的指示精神,通過對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的訓(xùn)練和培養(yǎng),改革高校教育模式和教育理念,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生與社會(huì)的適應(yīng)能夠力,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,為國家培養(yǎng)高層次創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展人才。迄今為止,絕大部分高校還沒有相應(yīng)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目申報(bào)系統(tǒng),項(xiàng)目的申報(bào)主要依靠專門的負(fù)責(zé)人員來進(jìn)行登記和審批,效率極低。因此,開發(fā)一個(gè)高效、穩(wěn)定的項(xiàng)目申報(bào)系統(tǒng)迫在眉睫。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力越來越強(qiáng),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目申報(bào)系統(tǒng)的需求也變得越來越急切。創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目申報(bào)系統(tǒng)的功能需求由簡單的辦公自動(dòng)化工作流程處理,開始向自動(dòng)化、高科技方向發(fā)展。未來的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目申報(bào)系統(tǒng),將是一個(gè)建立在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上,由數(shù)據(jù)庫支持的高效、穩(wěn)定的軟件系統(tǒng)。本設(shè)計(jì)主要以java為開發(fā)工具、mysql為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫,tomcat為服務(wù)器設(shè)計(jì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)前臺(tái)的主要功能是學(xué)生注冊、填報(bào)項(xiàng)目信息、查詢項(xiàng)目申請結(jié)果等。該系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)的主要功能是教師信息管理、項(xiàng)目信息管理等。為加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目的申報(bào)、評(píng)審、中期檢查、結(jié)題驗(yàn)收以及經(jīng)費(fèi)管理等,有必要利用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)開發(fā)一款大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)也將成為項(xiàng)目學(xué)生、指導(dǎo)教師、學(xué)院管理員和學(xué)校教務(wù)處之間有效的溝通平臺(tái)。本系統(tǒng)對(duì)國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊,功能貫穿于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目管理的全部流程,包含時(shí)間、參數(shù)設(shè)置模塊、項(xiàng)目申報(bào)(審核)模塊、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)管理功能、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、專家評(píng)審功能、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)上發(fā)布操作功能、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)上提交操作功能、網(wǎng)上審核并通過操作功能、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況記錄并檢查功能、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展中期匯報(bào)操作功能等。利用此系統(tǒng),在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中學(xué)生與指導(dǎo)老師可方便進(jìn)行互動(dòng)交流,院級(jí)專家與校級(jí)專家可分別組織項(xiàng)目評(píng)審,項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)可自動(dòng)匯總統(tǒng)計(jì)和查詢,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度可實(shí)時(shí)管控。
[Abstract]:In the "12th Five-Year Plan" of the country, the instruction spirit of strengthening the innovative entrepreneurial training of college students is put forward for the teaching reform of higher education. Through the training and cultivation of college students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, the educational model and educational concept of colleges and universities are reformed. To enhance the adaptability of college students to the society, to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of college students, and to train high-level talents for entrepreneurship and development for the country. Up to now, most colleges and universities do not have a corresponding application system for college students' innovative projects. The project declaration mainly depends on the special responsible personnel to carry on the registration and the approval, the efficiency is extremely low. Therefore, it is urgent to develop an efficient and stable project declaration system. With the development of the society, the students' innovation ability is becoming stronger and stronger. The demand for the university students' innovative project declaration system is becoming more and more urgent. The functional requirements of the innovative project declaration system are handled by the simple office automation workflow and begin to be automated. The future university student innovation project declaration system will be an efficient system based on the Internet and supported by the database. This design mainly takes java as the development tool and MySQL as the backstage database and tomcat as the server to design the project management system of college students' innovative entrepreneurship training program. The main function of this system is to register students and fill in the project information. The main functions of the system are teacher information management, project information management and so on. It is necessary to make use of modern computer technology to develop a project management system for innovative entrepreneurship training programs for college students, which will also become project students and guide teachers. The effective communication platform between college administrator and school education office. This system has carried on the research to the domestic and foreign university student innovation entrepreneurship management information system, this system has realized the university student innovation entrepreneurship management system main function module, The function runs through the whole process of university students' innovative training project management, including time, parameter setting module, project declaration (audit) module, system management function, university student entrepreneurship project declaration, expert review function, The online publishing and operation function of the university students' entrepreneurial project, the online submitting operation function of the university student's entrepreneurship project, the online checking and passing operation function, the recording and checking function of the progress of the project, Using this system, students and instructors can interact with each other in the process of project implementation, and academic-level experts and school-level experts can organize project review separately. Project data can be automatically summarized statistics and queries, project progress can be real-time control.
