[Abstract]:The people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, municipalities separately listed under the Central Government, ministries and commissions of the State Council, and institutions directly under the State Council: in order to strengthen the administration of preferential policies for the enjoyment of import taxes, the State Council shall approve, Appropriate adjustments should be made to the current preferential policies of import tax. The relevant items of adjustment are hereby notified as follows: 1. Adjust the relevant investments approved before April 1st 1996
