【摘要】：質(zhì)量監(jiān)控管理歷來是現(xiàn)代詞典項目管理中的靈魂性工作。本文擬以《英漢大詞典》的質(zhì)量控制管理經(jīng)驗為例,主要從《英漢大詞典》質(zhì)量監(jiān)控管理內(nèi)部抓手和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控環(huán)節(jié)這兩方面來探討大中型雙語詞典項目的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控管理。文章指出,詞典質(zhì)量監(jiān)控管理中,"內(nèi)抓"之外,"外管"亦不可少。"內(nèi)抓外管"式的項目質(zhì)量控制管理系統(tǒng)建立之后,為保證系統(tǒng)的有效運行及各項監(jiān)控措施落到實處,項目激勵機制的建立是必要的。
[Abstract]:Quality control management has always been the soul of modern dictionary project management. This paper takes the experience of quality control management in English-Chinese Dictionary as an example. This paper mainly discusses the quality control management of large and medium-sized bilingual dictionaries from the aspects of internal grasp and quality control of quality control management in English-Chinese Dictionary. In the dictionary quality control management, besides "internal control", "external management" is also necessary. After the establishment of the project quality control management system of "internal and external management", in order to ensure the effective operation of the system and the implementation of various monitoring measures, The establishment of project incentive mechanism is necessary.
