【摘要】：在科技飛速發(fā)展、市場競爭日益激烈的壞境中,油氣生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)能建設(shè)成為當(dāng)今企業(yè)可持續(xù)經(jīng)營的發(fā)展方向,而在此方向下形成的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理問題已成為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。長慶油田的基本建設(shè)投資絕大部分都是通過項(xiàng)目管理來完成,每年用于油氣田產(chǎn)能建設(shè)的投資約在50個(gè)億左右,成立產(chǎn)能建設(shè)項(xiàng)目組二十幾個(gè),從事項(xiàng)目管理的工程技術(shù)人員和管理人員數(shù)以千計(jì)。同時(shí),在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的過程中,需要各組室、各崗位人員之間密切協(xié)作配合,人員需要有較高的綜合素質(zhì)等。因此,加強(qiáng)采氣廠產(chǎn)能建設(shè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)建研究,對(duì)長慶油田的產(chǎn)能建設(shè)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有很現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。本論文將從項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)理論出發(fā),結(jié)合油氣資源行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),以長慶油田采氣廠產(chǎn)能建設(shè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)建為案例,通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)人員構(gòu)成、團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)等進(jìn)行綜合分析,總結(jié)了采氣廠項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中存在的問題及不足,并從提高思想認(rèn)識(shí)、優(yōu)化隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)等幾個(gè)方面提出加強(qiáng)采氣廠產(chǎn)能建設(shè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)構(gòu)建的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce market competition, the production capacity construction of oil and gas production enterprises has become the development direction of sustainable management. However, the management of the project team formed in this direction has become the focus of attention. The capital construction investment in Changqing Oilfield is mostly completed through project management, and the annual investment in the production capacity construction of oil and gas fields is about 5 billion. More than 20 production capacity construction project teams have been set up, with thousands of engineers and managers engaged in project management. At the same time, in the course of the project construction, it is necessary for each group of departments and posts to cooperate closely with each other. Therefore, we should strengthen the research on the construction of production capacity project team of gas production plant, and build the production capacity of Changqing Oilfield. Sustainable development is of practical significance. This paper will start from the basic theory of project team construction and combine the characteristics of oil and gas resource industry, taking the construction of production capacity construction project team of Changqing Oilfield gas production plant as a case study. Through the comprehensive analysis of project team composition and team motivation, this paper summarizes the problems and shortcomings in the construction of the project team in the gas production plant, and from the perspective of improving the ideological understanding, The countermeasures to strengthen the construction of production capacity construction project team in gas production plant are put forward in the aspects of optimizing the team structure and so on.
