【摘要】：隨著計算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,Internet技術(shù)廣泛的應(yīng)用。為適應(yīng)當(dāng)今時代技術(shù)革新的需求,能夠高效和規(guī)范化的開展招商引資工作,增強(qiáng)招商引資項(xiàng)目的管理工作,并將引資項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量提高,將招商引資能力和水平大幅度提升,同時,將招商引資耗費(fèi)的成本降到最低,將招商引資管理工作引向健康、快捷、穩(wěn)定的方向發(fā)展,為此提出了九江招商引資信息管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)需求。本文闡述的招商引資信息管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)合九江招商引資管理工作的實(shí)際情況,根據(jù)各項(xiàng)工作的需要進(jìn)行開發(fā)設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)。本文首先對九江招商引資管理過程中的業(yè)務(wù)分析,主要敘述了招商小組管理、招商項(xiàng)目管理、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置管理、公共信息管理、招商企業(yè)管理、客商資源管理和統(tǒng)計報表管理的業(yè)務(wù)描述、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程分析和業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化。在業(yè)務(wù)分析基礎(chǔ)上,對招商小組管理、招商項(xiàng)目管理、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置管理、公共信息管理、招商企業(yè)管理、客商資源管理、統(tǒng)計報表管理和系統(tǒng)管理八個功能模塊進(jìn)行功能分析,主要涉及到角色分析,系統(tǒng)用例分析和系統(tǒng)功能包圖分析。在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,基于功能分析進(jìn)一步用縮略類圖分析功能數(shù)據(jù),用實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖對系統(tǒng)實(shí)體類進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)分析,并設(shè)計出實(shí)體類對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫表。最后,總結(jié)了本文研究內(nèi)容,并概述了系統(tǒng)仍需進(jìn)一步深入改善之處。本文闡述的九江招商引資信息管理系統(tǒng)不僅提高了九江招商引資管理人員的工作效率,節(jié)約了時間,而且利用現(xiàn)代化的成熟技術(shù)把其工作搬到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播快速等特點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)資源信息共享,更好地提高招商引資工作人員的業(yè)務(wù)水平,加快當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,具有很好的實(shí)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the progress of computer science and technology, Internet technology has been widely used. In order to meet the needs of technological innovation in the present era, it can efficiently and normalize the work of attracting investment. We will strengthen the management of investment projects, improve the quality of investment attracting projects, greatly improve the ability and level of attracting investment, and at the same time, reduce the cost of attracting investment to the minimum. Will attract investment management work to a healthy, fast and stable direction of development. This paper puts forward the development needs of Jiujiang investment information management system. The paper describes the actual situation of Jiujiang investment information management system combined with Jiujiang investment management system. According to the needs of the work of the development and design of the system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the business of Jiujiang investment management process, mainly describes the investment group management, investment project management, institutional management. Business description of public information management, business management, resource management and statistical report management, original business process analysis and business process optimization. On the basis of business analysis, management of investment group. The eight functional modules of investment project management, institutional setting management, public information management, investment enterprise management, merchant resource management, statistical report management and system management are mainly involved in role analysis. System use case analysis and system function package analysis. In the data analysis, based on the function analysis, the function data is analyzed by acronym class graph, and the entity class relation diagram is used to analyze the relation of the system entity class. The database table corresponding to the entity class is designed. Finally, the research content of this paper is summarized. Jiujiang investment information management system described in this paper not only improves the working efficiency of Jiujiang investment managers, but also saves time. And the use of modern mature technology to move its work to the network, using the characteristics of rapid network dissemination of resources and information sharing, better improve the business level of investment staff. Accelerate the local economic development, have very good practical value.
