【摘要】：工程建設項目的立項、可行性研究、項目的規(guī)劃、施工圖設計和施工實施計劃是基于正常的流程、理想的技術和管理組織,以及對未來政治、社會、經濟等多方面情況預測的基礎上進行的。實際運作過程中,這些因素可能會發(fā)生變化,這些變化就可能使目標受到干擾而不能實現(xiàn)。醫(yī)院工程建設項目往往投資巨大,涉及專業(yè)多,施工復雜,建設周期長,項目每個階段都充斥著一定的風險。為了保證項目的順利實施,需要對項目進行項目管理。在醫(yī)院工程建設項目管理中充分運用項目風險管理,能很好的解決工程項目中的各種風險,有效保證醫(yī)院工程建設項目的良好實施。本文以濰坊市婦女兒童健康中心建設項目全過程風險管理為主線,從風險管理基礎理論出發(fā),闡述了濰坊市婦女兒童健康中心建設項目的風險識別,具體的風險評價,有效的風險控制的基本框架、科學方法和技術工具,重點基于醫(yī)院工程建設項目全生命周期階段劃分,對濰坊市婦女兒童健康中心建設項目的可研、建設、運營等環(huán)節(jié)會發(fā)生的風險進行識別、評價,并提出具體可行的應對措施。
[Abstract]:The project establishment, feasibility study, project planning, construction drawing design and construction implementation plan are based on normal processes, ideal technical and managerial organization, and political and social aspects of the future. Economic and other aspects of the situation based on the prediction. In practice, these factors may change. These changes may interfere with the target and can not be realized. Hospital construction projects often have huge investment, involving many specialties, complex construction, and long construction cycle. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, it is necessary to carry out project management and make full use of project risk management in hospital construction project management. Can solve the various risks in the project, effectively ensure the good implementation of hospital construction projects. This article takes Weifang women and children health center construction project risk management as the main line. From the basic theory of risk management, this paper expounds the risk identification, specific risk evaluation, effective risk control framework, scientific methods and technical tools of Weifang women and children health center construction project. Based on the classification of the whole life cycle of the hospital construction project, the risk identification and evaluation of Weifang women's and children's health center construction project can be identified and evaluated in the aspects of research, construction, operation and so on. And put forward concrete and feasible countermeasures.
