【摘要】：當今社會經(jīng)濟中,油氣管道作為一種現(xiàn)代化的油氣運輸方式,變得越來越重要,各地都格外重視油氣管線的建設(shè),并把它的建設(shè)視為當?shù)亟?jīng)濟的新驅(qū)動。特別是目前各地政府都在加大招商引資力度的今天,油氣資源的開發(fā)建設(shè)和保障程度均已成為各地政府招商投資的重要籌碼。就我國國內(nèi)而言,油氣管道作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對沿線的經(jīng)濟起到積極的促進作用。因此,在各地政府都在積極進行油氣管道建設(shè)的過程的宏觀大背景下,加強對項目建設(shè)的實施管理工作變得格外重要。工程項目的質(zhì)量是項目管理的核心所在,其質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣好壞可以直接影響國家在經(jīng)濟建設(shè)發(fā)展方面的速度,同時也關(guān)系到整個工程項目的適用性、實用性和人民生命財產(chǎn)安全以及社會的安定,尤其油氣管道作為區(qū)際和區(qū)域各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系的必需品,其質(zhì)量的重要性更是不容忽視。本文以海外X丙烷管道工程項目為背景,將理論和實踐相結(jié)合、采用系統(tǒng)分析以及文獻研究的方法,結(jié)合工作實際,詳細地闡述了工程施工階段質(zhì)量控制現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,分析影響質(zhì)量的原因,尋找合理的解決方法。采用PDCA循環(huán)原理對各個施工階段的質(zhì)量進行科學(xué)有效控制,設(shè)立健全并完善質(zhì)量管理機構(gòu),實施針對項目的全過程、全方位的質(zhì)量管理。對X丙烷管道工程項目施工階段質(zhì)量控制進行研究,不僅對工程質(zhì)量控制有一定的實用價值,也為我國相關(guān)企業(yè)有效地管理油氣管線工程項目質(zhì)量提供直接的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, as a modern oil and gas transportation mode, oil and gas pipeline becomes more and more important in society and economy. And the construction of it as a new driving force of the local economy, especially at present, the local governments are increasing the intensity of attracting investment today. The development and construction of oil and gas resources and the degree of protection have become important chips for local governments to attract investment. As far as our country is concerned, oil and gas pipelines, as infrastructure facilities, play a positive role in promoting the economy along the route. Under the macro background that local governments are actively carrying out the process of oil and gas pipeline construction, it is particularly important to strengthen the implementation and management of the project construction. The quality of the project is the core of the project management. The quality of the quality can directly affect the speed of national economic construction and development, but also related to the applicability of the whole project, practicability, people's life and property safety and social stability. Especially, oil and gas pipeline, as a necessity of economic connection between regions and regions, its quality importance can not be ignored. This paper combines theory and practice with overseas X propane pipeline project as the background. By means of systematic analysis and literature research, combined with the actual work, this paper expounds in detail the present situation and existing problems of quality control in the construction stage of engineering, and analyzes the reasons that affect the quality. To find a reasonable solution. Adopt the principle of PDCA cycle to control the quality of each construction stage scientifically and effectively, set up a sound and perfect quality management organization, implement the whole process of the project. Research on quality control in construction stage of X propane pipeline project is not only of practical value to engineering quality control. It also provides direct reference and reference for our country's related enterprises to effectively manage the quality of oil and gas pipeline engineering projects.
