【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)建設(shè)工程項目管理存在的問題,以BIM技術(shù)為視角來分析建設(shè)工程項目全壽命期集成管理。由于二者存在相似相通之處,通過二者的有機集成,構(gòu)建基于BIM技術(shù)的建設(shè)工程項目全壽命期集成管理研究框架,提出BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于建設(shè)工程項目全壽命期集成管理的建議,期望提高建設(shè)工程項目全壽命期集成管理水平,拓展BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,豐富我國建設(shè)工程項目全壽命期集成管理的理論和方法體系。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the traditional construction project management , the whole life - life integrated management of the construction project is analyzed with BIM technology . Based on the organic integration of the two , the integrated management research framework based on the BIM technology for the whole life - life of the construction project is constructed , and the application of the BIM technology in the whole life - life integrated management of the construction project is proposed . It is expected to improve the integrated management level of the whole life - life period of the construction project , expand the application field of BIM technology , and enrich the theory and method system of the whole life - life integrated management of the construction project .
