知識集成視角下制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同機理研究
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of China's national economy, manufacturing industry is the basis to ensure the rapid and healthy development of the national economy, and also the leading industry to absorb employment. However, it faces many problems in the process of development. For example, the backward concept of logistics leads to higher cost, weak independent R & D capability and unbalanced regional development. These problems seriously restrict the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese manufacturing industry, and the development of manufacturing industry can not be separated from the support of logistics industry; Logistics industry, as one of the new industries in China, has been developing rapidly in recent years, and the scale of the industry has been expanding constantly. In the process of expansion, the logistics industry has also been accompanied by the problems of high logistics costs and low service level. Therefore, it is necessary to study the coordination mechanism between manufacturing and logistics to solve the problem of resource optimization and industrial structure upgrading. Aiming at the factors of limited rationality of organization, opportunism and uncertainty of external environment, this paper applies game theory to analyze the cooperative mechanism and profit distribution mechanism of manufacturing and logistics industry. Analyze how to enhance the stability and effectiveness of the alliance. By analyzing the competition between manufacturing industry and logistics industry and the problem of profit distribution in the process of cooperation, the problems that need to be solved in the process of cooperation between manufacturing industry and logistics industry are found out. That is to say, they should agree on the problem of profit distribution in the process of cooperation before coordination, and avoid unnecessary benefit disputes. Finally, through the game analysis, it is concluded that the cooperation between manufacturing and logistics industry can make the two information complement each other, share each other, improve their competitiveness, survive and develop in the fierce market environment, and achieve a win-win result. On the basis of the research on the synergetic mechanism between manufacturing and logistics industry, taking Changan automobile in China as an example, using AHP and fuzzy synthesis method, 32 factors are selected, experts in different fields are selected to score, and the matrix is established according to the scoring results. The weights are determined and consistency tests are carried out to analyze the internal and external risks that may occur in the process of synergy between them. Finally, the corresponding risk prevention measures are put forward. This is the innovation of this paper.
