【摘要】：世界上沒有最好的領導方法,只有最合適的。要使管理更為有效,需要靈活運用領導風格。最關鍵的是能根據(jù)不同的情況使用不同的領導風格。 本文主要討論和闡述了領導力與領導風格相匹配的關系。文章先從領導力和領導風格的概念入手,厘清了兩者匹配的內涵所在。然后文章重點闡述了領導力與領導風格相匹配的建構。文章從四個方面加以闡述,分別是：一是基于組織形態(tài)下的匹配建構；二是基于領導對象的匹配建構；三是基于領導情形的匹配建構；四是基于領導班子的匹配建構。接下來文章考察了我國高新區(qū)目前的領導力與領導風格相匹配的建設現(xiàn)狀。文章最后以襄陽高新區(qū)的領導班子為例,分析了領導班子在領導力與領導風格建設中存在的問題。針對問題,文章提出了改進措施。
[Abstract]:There is no best way to lead in the world, only the most appropriate. In order to make management more effective, it is necessary to use leadership style flexibly. The most important thing is to be able to use different leadership styles according to different situations. This paper mainly discusses and expounds the relationship between leadership and leadership style. Starting with the concepts of leadership and leadership style, this paper clarifies the connotation of the matching between the two. Then the article focuses on the construction of the matching between leadership and leadership style. This paper expounds from four aspects: one is based on the matching construction under the organizational form; the other is based on the matching construction of the leading object; the third is based on the matching construction of the leadership situation; the fourth is based on the matching construction of the leading group. Next, the article examines the current situation of leadership and leadership style matching in high-tech zones in China. Finally, taking the leading group of Xiangyang High-tech Zone as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of leadership and leadership style. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward some improvement measures.
