[Abstract]:I heard that when a big company trains salespeople in China, one of the lessons is "learn to smile." It sounds a bit of a joke, but it's not surprising at all. One is born to laugh, but a polite smile does require training. A similar phenomenon is learning to say "I'm sorry". Everyone can talk, but some people have never said "right" in their lives.
