【摘要】：正所謂弱勢(shì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),大致有以下幾種:性格溫和、內(nèi)向型,權(quán)力欲不強(qiáng)的書生型,女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo),外地領(lǐng)導(dǎo)被本地領(lǐng)導(dǎo)排斥型,空降而無根基型。現(xiàn)實(shí)中,經(jīng)常有弱勢(shì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)本單位的發(fā)展局面失去掌控的情況發(fā)生。在單位中,弱勢(shì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)單位發(fā)展局面失去控制的情況,是指弱勢(shì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或因有下屬尾大不掉、有令不行,或因單位存在陽奉
