【摘要】：追隨者,是指在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)中與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者有共同的利益和(或)信仰,追求共同組織目標(biāo)的人。追隨者不同于被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,概念比被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者概念的外延更廣,追隨者與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的關(guān)系復(fù)雜多樣,追隨者擁有對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的"對(duì)抗權(quán)"。追隨者必須要從多方面入手,做好的追隨者。
[Abstract]:Followers are those who share common interests and / or beliefs with leaders in leadership activities and pursue common organizational goals. The concept of follower is more extensive than the concept of leader, the relationship between follower and leader is complex and diverse, and follower has the "right of confrontation" against leader. A follower must be a good follower in many ways.
