[Abstract]:Altruism, modesty, flexibility, openness, transparency and softness are the essential qualities of a leader and manager. Harmonious leadership and management, like du Fu's description in Spring Night and Rain, "crept into the night with the spring wind and moistened everything in silence." In chapter 17 of Laozi's Book of Ethics, there are four levels of leadership: "too high, I don't know what it is; second, it's dear to me; secondly, I'm afraid of it; and secondly, I'm insulting." Faith is not enough, but it is not. Take it easy, its words are expensive. " The best leaders, subordinates don't know they exist; good leaders, subordinates close to him and praise them; ordinary leaders, subordinates fear them; worst leaders, subordinates despise them. If leaders are not honest enough, their subordinates will not trust them. What a leisurely leader the best leader is. He seldom gives orders.
