【摘要】：本文將離差最大化法和有序加權(quán)幾何平均(OWGA)算子相結(jié)合,先根據(jù)群決策者對方案屬性的客觀評價值,基于離差最大化法計算出屬性的權(quán)重,然后利用OWGA算子對群體決策信息進行集結(jié),據(jù)此給出了多方案間的排序,該方法充分發(fā)揮了離差最大法的客觀賦權(quán)性和OWGA算子的有效集結(jié)性,最后將該方法應(yīng)用于金融機構(gòu)風(fēng)險監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)評價中,實例表明了該方法的可行性和實用性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the deviation maximization method is combined with the ordered weighted geometric mean (OWGA) operator. Firstly, the weight of the attribute is calculated based on the objective evaluation value of the scheme attribute by the group decision makers, and the deviation maximization method is used to calculate the weight of the attribute. Then the OWGA operator is used to aggregate the information of group decision making, according to which the ranking among multiple schemes is given. The method gives full play to the objective weight of the maximum deviation method and the effective aggregation of the OWGA operator. Finally, the method is applied to the risk supervision system evaluation of financial institutions. The example shows the feasibility and practicability of the method.
