【摘要】:正20世紀(jì)60年代,哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院教授錢德勒(A.D.Chandler)在對美國通用汽車公司、杜邦公司、西爾斯百貨公司、新澤西石油公司等知名公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)變遷進行典型案例研究后,提出了戰(zhàn)略管理中的"結(jié)構(gòu)追隨戰(zhàn)略"原理,即組織的結(jié)構(gòu)必須根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略進行設(shè)計和調(diào)整,一旦戰(zhàn)略發(fā)生變化,組織結(jié)構(gòu)就必須進行相應(yīng)的變化,否則就會陷入混亂。
[Abstract]:In 1960s, Chandler (A.D.Chandler), a professor at the Harvard University business school, made a typical case study on the organizational structure changes of well-known companies such as General Motors Corporation, DuPont Co, Sears Co and New Jersey Petroleum Corporation, and proposed the principle of "structure following strategy" in strategic management, that is, the structure of the organization must be rooted. According to strategy design and adjustment, once the strategy changes, the organizational structure must be changed accordingly, otherwise it will be in chaos.
