【摘要】：針對具有不同形式偏好信息并且決策者的權(quán)系數(shù)信息不完全確定的群體決策問題,提出了一種群決策方法。該方法先將不同形式的偏好信息轉(zhuǎn)化為互反判斷矩陣形式,然后利用決策者權(quán)系數(shù)的不完全確定信息和互反判斷矩陣,構(gòu)建一個非線性規(guī)劃模型,利用遺傳算法求解非線性規(guī)劃模型,得到方案的重要性程度值和決策者的最優(yōu)權(quán)系數(shù),進而確定方案的排序。最后實例說明該方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:A population decision method is proposed for the group decision making problem with different forms of preference information and the decision maker's weight coefficient information is not completely determined. This method first transforms the different forms of preference information into the form of reciprocal judgment matrix, and then uses the incomplete information and reciprocal judgment matrix of the decision maker's weight coefficient, Gou Jianyi The nonlinear programming model is used to solve the nonlinear programming model by genetic algorithm. The value of the importance of the scheme and the optimal weight coefficient of the decision-maker are obtained, and the sequencing of the scheme is determined. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the method are illustrated.
