【摘要】：《左傳》是中國(guó)歷史上以春秋為綱編寫(xiě)的一部歷史著作,書(shū)中蘊(yùn)含著豐富而深刻的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思想,主要包括忠民聽(tīng)民,以民為本;為政以德,不患無(wú)人;德刑兼施,寬猛相濟(jì);善于謀劃,勇于決斷;選賢任能,上下協(xié)力;和而不同,以成其政等方面。當(dāng)前,學(xué)習(xí)和研究《左傳》中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思想,對(duì)于我們更好地掌握領(lǐng)導(dǎo)規(guī)律,提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作水平,仍然有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:"Zuo Zhuan" is a historical work written in the spring and Autumn Period in China. The book contains rich and profound leadership ideas, mainly including the loyalty of the people to the people, the people as the base, the political morality, no one, the moral and the punishment, and the courage to make a decisive decision. Studying and studying leadership thought in Zuo Zhuan is still of great significance for us to better grasp the law of leadership and improve the level of leadership.
