【摘要】：正"拔示巴綜合征"(BathshebaSyndrome)來源于這樣一個簡單故事:拔示巴(Bathsheba)是一個美女,她丈夫的上司大衛(wèi)愛上了她。大衛(wèi)不僅使拔示巴懷孕,還借故殺死了拔示巴的丈夫烏利亞,和她結(jié)了婚,最后一步一步地走向罪惡的深淵。這個故事被用來形容位高權(quán)重者因為權(quán)力失控導致的道德淪喪。權(quán)力會帶來特權(quán)和便利,使領(lǐng)導者比追隨者更有機會放縱自己。領(lǐng)導者也是組織中的普通人,會因個人的意志、情緒、認知等的失控而
[Abstract]:Bathsheba Syndrome comes from a simple story: Bathsheba is a beautiful woman, and her husband's boss, David, falls in love with her. Not only did David conceive Bathsheba, but he killed Uriah, Bathsheba's husband, married her, and went one last step to the abyss of sin. The story is used to describe the moral decay of the powerful as a result of the loss of power. Power brings privileges and conveniences, giving leaders a better chance of indulging than their followers. A leader is also an ordinary person in an organization who loses control of his will, mood, cognition, etc.
