【摘要】：在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子中,副職的角色定位和功能發(fā)揮如何,值得探討。該文認(rèn)為,首先要找準(zhǔn)副職坐標(biāo),樹立三種意識(shí),即核心意識(shí)、系統(tǒng)意識(shí)、配合意識(shí);其次要當(dāng)好參謀助手,即輔助決策時(shí)的參謀功能、實(shí)施決策時(shí)的執(zhí)行功能、檢驗(yàn)決策時(shí)的反饋功能、理順關(guān)系時(shí)的協(xié)調(diào)功能;最后是防止角色錯(cuò)位,克服超越職權(quán)范圍和不能充分運(yùn)用權(quán)力及認(rèn)真履行職責(zé)所造成的誤區(qū)。
[Abstract]:In the leading group, the role of deputy position and function play, it is worth discussing. The paper holds that, first of all, we must find the coordinates of deputy posts and establish three kinds of consciousness, namely, core consciousness, system consciousness, and coordination consciousness; secondly, we should be good staff assistants, that is, the staff function of assistant decision-making, and the executive function of carrying out decision making. Finally, it is necessary to prevent the dislocation of the role, overcome the misunderstanding caused by exceeding the scope of authority and not fully using the power and conscientiously performing the duty.
