如何提升高職學(xué)院中層干部的執(zhí)行能力

【摘要】:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和中層干部,是學(xué)校管理人員的兩個層次,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和執(zhí)行力是管理方法的兩個層面。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層制定的學(xué)校各項(xiàng)決策方案,需要中層干部組織實(shí)施,中層干部的執(zhí)行能力制約和影響著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層面決策方案的落實(shí)。好的執(zhí)行力能夠彌補(bǔ)決策方案的不足,而完美的決策方案,也會死在滯后的執(zhí)行部門手中。筆者闡述了中層干部應(yīng)具備哪些方面的執(zhí)行力及如何提升中層干部的執(zhí)行力。
[Abstract]:Leaders and middle-level cadres are two levels of school administrators, and leadership and execution are two levels of management methods. The school decision-making programs formulated by the leadership need to be carried out by the middle-level cadres, and the executive ability of the middle-level cadres restricts and influences the implementation of the decision-making programs at the leadership level. Good execution can make up for the shortcomings of the decision-making scheme, and the perfect decision-making scheme will die in the hands of the lagging executive department. The author expounds what aspects of execution should be possessed by middle-level cadres and how to enhance them.
