【摘要】：以價(jià)值觀為本的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式理論主張把價(jià)值觀導(dǎo)向始終擺在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力建設(shè)的靈魂地位,從完善核心價(jià)值觀出發(fā)提升核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。以價(jià)值觀為導(dǎo)向的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力建設(shè)要強(qiáng)化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的核心價(jià)值觀教育,提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的價(jià)值識(shí)別、引導(dǎo)和維護(hù)能力,并將經(jīng)過選擇和辯護(hù)的正確價(jià)值觀念付諸實(shí)踐,在實(shí)踐中檢驗(yàn)和鞏固。
[Abstract]:The theory of values-based leadership advocates that the guidance of values should always be placed in the soul of leadership construction, and that core leadership should be promoted from the perspective of perfecting core values. Value-oriented leadership construction should strengthen leaders' core values education, enhance leaders' ability of value recognition, guide and maintain, and put the correct values of choice and defense into practice. Test and consolidate in practice.
