【摘要】：建設(shè)社會主義和諧社會迫切需要一支具有良好倫理道德素質(zhì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部隊(duì)伍。本文在正視當(dāng)前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)倫理道德問題、揭示其產(chǎn)生原因的同時,從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)倫理與道德的關(guān)系、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做人倫理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)目標(biāo)倫理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)環(huán)境倫理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策倫理等方面,對我國發(fā)展黃金期、社會轉(zhuǎn)型與矛盾凸顯期的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)倫理道德素質(zhì)內(nèi)涵、建設(shè)途徑與研究方法論諸問題,做了一個比較系統(tǒng)的探討。
[Abstract]:The construction of a harmonious socialist society urgently needs a contingent of leading cadres with good ethical and moral qualities. While facing up to the current ethical and moral problems of leadership and revealing the causes, this paper discusses the relationship between the ethics of leadership and morality, the ethics of leading people, the ethics of leading goals, the ethics of leading environment, the ethics of leadership decision-making, and so on. This paper makes a systematic discussion on the connotation of the ethical and moral quality of the leaders in the golden period of our country's development, the period of social transformation and contradiction protruding, the ways of construction and the research methodology.
