非民營(yíng)企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型態(tài)、溝通滿足與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能之研究

【摘要】:本文以非民營(yíng)企業(yè)臺(tái)灣糖業(yè)公司為研究對(duì)象 ,探討其員工溝通滿足及主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型態(tài)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能間之關(guān)系。本研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法 ,針對(duì)臺(tái)糖公司所屬機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)查 ,所搜集的有效問(wèn)卷共 63 2份。利用 Pearson相關(guān)分析、回歸分析、規(guī)則相關(guān)分析以及路徑分析來(lái)探討領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型態(tài)、員工溝通滿足及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能各構(gòu)面間之關(guān)系 ,本研究之主要發(fā)現(xiàn)為 :(1 )臺(tái)糖公司主管的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型態(tài)屬于PM型領(lǐng)導(dǎo) ,員工溝通滿足及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能仍低 ,尚待轉(zhuǎn)型中之臺(tái)糖公司主管積極改善。 (2 )主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型態(tài)與員工溝通滿足間、員工溝通滿足與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能間以及主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型態(tài)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能間均呈現(xiàn)顯著正相關(guān)。(3 )“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型態(tài)”與“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能”之直接相關(guān)性較之經(jīng)由員工“溝通滿足”為中介變數(shù)時(shí)之相關(guān)性為弱。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a non-private enterprise, Taiwan Sugar Company, is taken as the research object to explore the relationship between the communication satisfaction of its employees, the leadership style of the supervisor and the leadership effectiveness. In this study, 632 valid questionnaires were collected from Taiwan Sugar Company. Using Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, rule correlation analysis and path analysis to explore the relationship between leadership style, employee communication satisfaction and leadership effectiveness. The main findings of this study are that the leadership style of the head of Taiwan Sugar Company belongs to PM type, and the communication satisfaction and leadership efficiency of the staff are still low, which needs to be actively improved by the head of Taiwan Sugar Company in transition. (2) between the leadership style of the supervisor and the communication satisfaction of the staff, There is a significant positive correlation between employee communication satisfaction and leadership efficacy, and between supervisor leadership type and leadership efficacy. 3) the direct correlation between "leadership type" and "leadership efficacy" is more significant than that between "communication satisfaction" and "leadership efficacy". The correlation between variables is weak.
