【摘要】：正所有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者都應(yīng)具備提出和實(shí)現(xiàn)組織愿景的能力。對于戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者而言,能否提出令人振奮、具有廣闊發(fā)展前景、能夠?yàn)樽冯S者所認(rèn)同、能夠持續(xù)引領(lǐng)組織或團(tuán)隊向前發(fā)展的共同愿景,將直接決定著一個組織的前途
