【摘要】:正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的第三面思維指領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在換位思維的基礎(chǔ)上,跳出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者之間矛盾的"對(duì)立面"狀態(tài),站在與這一矛盾關(guān)系無(wú)直接聯(lián)系的第三者或者旁觀者立場(chǎng)上的思維。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者進(jìn)行第三面思維有利于客觀評(píng)價(jià)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的行為、辯證分析被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的反應(yīng)、綜合看待領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的關(guān)系。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)中可以通過(guò)自覺(jué)模糊特定角色、合理利用智囊機(jī)構(gòu)和主動(dòng)提升思維素質(zhì)的方式有效進(jìn)行第三面思維。
[Abstract]:The third side thinking of the positive leader refers to the thinking of the leader on the basis of the transposition of thinking, jumping out of the "opposite" state of contradiction between the leader and the leader, and standing on the standpoint of the third party or the bystander who has no direct relation with the contradiction. The third side thinking is helpful to objectively evaluate the behavior of the leader, dialectically analyze the reaction of the leader, and treat the relationship between the leader and the leader synthetically. Leaders can effectively carry out the third side thinking by consciously blurring certain roles, making rational use of think-tank organizations and actively improving the thinking quality in leadership activities.
