【摘要】：本文基于在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐中對(duì)民主的誤用,提出必須區(qū)分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式的發(fā)展趨向與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過程中選擇怎樣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式這兩個(gè)不同層次的問題。民主作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式的發(fā)展趨向是毫無疑義的,但在實(shí)施領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的過程中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者需要在民主和專制兩種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式之間權(quán)衡。因?yàn)?在民主與專制之間有相當(dāng)大的空間,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必須根據(jù)自身素質(zhì)、組織內(nèi)員工的特性及具體工作環(huán)境和條件來選擇領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式,并且要善于把一些抽象的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)原則具體化、程序化。
[Abstract]:Based on the misuse of democracy in the practice of leadership, this paper points out that it is necessary to distinguish between the development trend of leadership style and the leadership style chosen by leaders in the process of leadership. There is no doubt that democracy as a trend of leadership, but in the process of implementing leadership, leaders need to balance between democracy and autocracy. Because there is considerable space between democracy and despotism, leaders must choose leadership methods according to their own qualities, the characteristics of their employees and the specific working environment and conditions, and they should be good at concretizing some abstract principles of leadership.
