【摘要】：“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是服務(wù)”是鄧小平同志１９８５年提出的一個(gè)著名論斷，如何全面正確地理解這一觀點(diǎn)，，是各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能否自覺堅(jiān)持全心全意為人民服務(wù)的根本宗旨、密切黨群關(guān)系、搞好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題。本文從黨群關(guān)系論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)力論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風(fēng)論和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的榮辱論、服務(wù)方式轉(zhuǎn)變論等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。
[Abstract]:"leadership is service" is a famous conclusion put forward by Comrade Deng Xiaoping in 1985. How to fully and correctly understand this viewpoint is whether leaders at all levels can consciously adhere to the fundamental aim of serving the people wholeheartedly and maintain close relations between the Party and the masses. A key issue in doing a good job in leadership work. This paper discusses in detail the relationship between the Party and the masses, the theory of leadership power, the theory of leadership style, the theory of honor and disgrace of leadership, and the theory of transformation of service mode.
