【摘要】：本文針對(duì)目前鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的日益增多，提出了要改變鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)單純?cè)黾油顿Y和項(xiàng)目數(shù)量的方式，，強(qiáng)調(diào)重視提高技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效果；以技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論和方法，討論了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)預(yù)測(cè)、財(cái)務(wù)效益評(píng)價(jià)等可行性分析、論證過程．并以實(shí)例側(cè)重介紹了財(cái)務(wù)效益評(píng)價(jià)及計(jì)算的方法和步驟，進(jìn)一步闡述了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投資前，必須進(jìn)行投資可行性研究的觀點(diǎn)．
[Abstract]:In view of the increasing number of investment and construction projects in township industry at present, this paper puts forward that it is necessary to change the way that township enterprises simply increase their investment and the number of projects, emphasizing the importance of improving the technical and economic effects, and using the theories and methods of technical economics, This paper discusses the feasibility analysis and demonstration process of investment project market prediction and financial benefit evaluation of township enterprises. The methods and steps of financial benefit evaluation and calculation are emphatically introduced with an example, and the viewpoint that investment feasibility study must be carried out before township enterprise construction project investment is further expounded.
