【摘要】：正一把手是一個單位里擔負統(tǒng)領、引導、指揮工作的人.馬克思講過:“凡是有許多個人進行協(xié)作的勞動,過程的聯(lián)系和統(tǒng)一都必須要表現(xiàn)在一個指揮的意志上.就象一個樂隊要有一個指揮一樣”.這說明一個單位的活動猶如一支樂隊的演出,需要一把手來指揮.一把手是方針的決定者,規(guī)劃的制訂者,集體活動的監(jiān)督者,機構運行的控制者,內(nèi)部關系的協(xié)調(diào)者,矛盾沖突的仲裁者,對外關系的代表者,因而一把手的作用是十分重要的.實踐也證明,一個單位工作的好壞,關鍵在于一把手.那么,在建立社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的新形勢下,應該如何當好一把手?結合自己的體會,我認為要當好一把手應做到“五個必須”.
[Abstract]:A head leader is a person in an organization who is in charge of leading, guiding, and directing work. Marx said: "whenever there are many individuals working together, the connection and unity of the process must be expressed in the will of a command." Just like a band needs a conductor. This shows that a unit's activities are like a band's performance, requiring a leader to direct. The head is the decider of the policy, the architect of the plan, the supervisor of the collective activities, the controller of the operation of the institution, the coordinator of the internal relations, the arbiter of the conflict, the representative of the external relations, Therefore, the role of the head is very important. Practice has also proved that the quality of a unit's work, the key lies in the number one. So, under the new situation of establishing the socialist market economic system, how should we be the top leader? Combined with my own experience, I think to be a good leader should do the "five must."
