【摘要】：正 授權(quán),既是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法,又是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)。有效的授權(quán)能使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)從一般事務(wù)性工作中得以解脫,集中精力抓大事,從而提高工作效率,同時(shí)還有利于發(fā)揮下屬在工作中的積極性、主動(dòng)性、創(chuàng)造性,使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的智慧和能力得以延伸和放大。 授權(quán)雖然重要,但并非人人都會(huì)授權(quán),授權(quán)不當(dāng)比不授權(quán)造成的后果更嚴(yán)重,因此,必須準(zhǔn)確把握好授權(quán)的度,具體來說,應(yīng)努力做到以下兩點(diǎn): 一、“大權(quán)"獨(dú)攬,“小權(quán)”分散 這是指一些重大的決策權(quán)應(yīng)集中在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)手中,下屬的行為措施必須按照領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指令、決定去辦;而對(duì)在其管理范圍內(nèi)的一些措施,下屬擁有自主決定權(quán),不必請(qǐng)命于領(lǐng)導(dǎo),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)這些屬于其下屬
[Abstract]:Positive delegation of authority is both a method of leadership and an art of leadership. Effective delegation of authority can free leaders from general routine work, concentrate on major issues, and thus improve their work efficiency. At the same time, it is also conducive to giving play to the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of subordinates in their work, so that the wisdom and ability of leaders can be extended and amplified. Although delegation of authority is important, not everyone will. The consequences of improper delegation of authority are more serious than those of non-delegation. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately grasp the degree of authorization, specifically, We should strive to achieve the following two points: first, "great power" monopolizes, "small power" decentralization this means that some major decision-making power should be concentrated in the hands of the leadership, subordinates must act in accordance with the instructions of the leadership, to decide to do; But for some measures within their management, subordinates have the right to decide independently, do not have to ask the leadership, the leadership to these belong to their subordinates.
