【摘要】：現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中因?yàn)轭I(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策失誤導(dǎo)致巨大損失的案例屢見不鮮,我們不禁要問,究竟是什么原因,造成決策的失誤,究其本源,我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn),在上下級(jí)工作中,存在著很多弊病,這些都是導(dǎo)致決策失誤的主要原因。
[Abstract]:In real life, there are many cases of great losses caused by the failure of leaders to make decisions. We cannot help but ask: what is the cause and the root causes of the mistakes? we can easily find out that in the work of the upper and lower levels it is not difficult for us to find out. There are a lot of shortcomings, these are the main reasons leading to decision-making mistakes.
