【摘要】：首先介紹了決策過程前期階段—問題識別的概念 ,認為問題識別作為一種主觀過程主要受到人的認知能力的影響 ,識別過程實際是一個評價過程 ,其最終目的是為了評價現(xiàn)實系統(tǒng)與目標(biāo)狀態(tài)之間所存在的偏差的大小。根據(jù)這一特點 ,建立了灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度評價模型和一種基于反應(yīng)值的滿意度評價模型 ,并用一實例分別對這兩種模型進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the concept of problem recognition in the early stage of the decision-making process. It is considered that the problem recognition as a subjective process is mainly influenced by the cognitive ability of human beings, and the recognition process is actually an evaluation process. The ultimate purpose of the model is to evaluate the deviation between the real system and the target state. According to this characteristic, a grey relational degree evaluation model and a satisfaction evaluation model based on the response value are established. The two models are verified by an example.
