【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者能否擔(dān)當(dāng),是不是敢于擔(dān)當(dāng),其自身內(nèi)在心理機(jī)制因素更為重要,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)環(huán)境的變化帶來領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者認(rèn)知的變化,對外部環(huán)境的感知與自身的認(rèn)知模式,導(dǎo)致領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者心理狀態(tài)的變化,成就動(dòng)機(jī)成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為的動(dòng)力源泉,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者只有培養(yǎng)積極的心理品質(zhì)和構(gòu)建完美的健康人格,才能夠做到敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Whether the leader can bear, whether dare to take on, its own internal psychological mechanism factor is more important, the leadership environment change brings the leader cognition change, the perception to the external environment and own cognition pattern. As a result of the change of the leader's psychological state, the achievement motive becomes the motive source of the leader's behavior. Only by cultivating the positive psychological quality and constructing the perfect healthy personality, can the leader dare to bear.
