【摘要】：在高不確定,高度競爭,高度挑戰(zhàn)的任務(wù)情景下,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在團(tuán)隊(duì)中將扮演怎樣的角色?變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與交易型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力又是如何預(yù)測團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)績效的?為了回答這些問題,該研究對130名學(xué)生被試,31個團(tuán)隊(duì),用ERP沙盤模擬游戲來進(jìn)行模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)。通過高度模擬現(xiàn)實(shí)中企業(yè)經(jīng)營的情景,從而提高實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的外部效度。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與交易型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力都能夠積極地預(yù)測團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)績效,消極領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與任務(wù)績效呈負(fù)相關(guān),雖然并沒有達(dá)到統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)顯著水平,但研究結(jié)果的方向都支持了實(shí)驗(yàn)假設(shè)。
[Abstract]:What role will leadership play in the team in the context of high uncertainty, high competition, and high challenge? How does transformational leadership and transactional leadership predict team task performance? To answer these questions, the study used a ERP sand table simulation game to simulate 130 students and 31 teams, using highly simulated real-world scenarios of business operations. The experimental results show that both transformational leadership and transactional leadership can positively predict team task performance, while negative leadership has negative correlation with task performance. Although not statistically significant, the direction of the results supports the experimental hypothesis.
