【摘要】：正 信息是決策的基礎(chǔ)。信息工作不僅是辦公室日常重要的工作內(nèi)容,而且也是為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供最直接、最有效服務(wù)的載體和途徑。認(rèn)真研究、切實(shí)做好辦公室信息工作,既是辦公室工作的基本要求,又是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行正確決策的重要保證。本文試就辦公室信息工作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策服務(wù)所面臨的問(wèn)題、問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生原因及對(duì)策思考,作淺顯探討。問(wèn)題之一:動(dòng)態(tài)型信息多而超前型信息少,表現(xiàn)在注重了“隨時(shí)隨地”,忽視了“借題發(fā)揮”。在與國(guó)內(nèi)許多兄弟電視臺(tái)進(jìn)行信息刊物的交流中發(fā)現(xiàn),反映本單位重大活動(dòng)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策和工作情況的動(dòng)態(tài)信息,占每期刊物信息總量的90%以上,而具有預(yù)見(jiàn)性和參謀作用的超前型
[Abstract]:Positive information is the basis of decision-making. Information work is not only an important part of the office's daily work, but also a carrier and a way to provide the most direct and effective service for the leader's decision. It is not only the basic requirement of office work but also the important guarantee for leaders to make correct decision. The reasons and countermeasures of the problem are discussed. One of the problems is that there are more dynamic information and less advanced information, which is manifested in the attention paid to "anytime, anywhere". In the exchange of information publications with many domestic brotherly television stations, we found that the dynamic information reflected the major activities of our unit, leadership decision-making and work conditions. It accounts for more than 90% of the total amount of information in each issue, but has the foresight and the advisory function.
