【摘要】：科學決策是提高領(lǐng)導效能的前提和基礎(chǔ)。作為科學本性主觀體現(xiàn)的科學精神,是決策者在長期科學實踐中應形成的一種意識形態(tài)。自覺地以科學精神引領(lǐng)發(fā)展是實現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導決策科學化的根本所在。適應經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)和全面建設(shè)小康社會對領(lǐng)導決策提出了新要求,領(lǐng)導干部必須注重科學精神的培養(yǎng),不斷提高科學精神素養(yǎng)和科學決策能力。
[Abstract]:Scientific decision-making is the premise and basis for enhancing the efficiency of leadership. As the scientific spirit embodies the subjective nature of science is a kind of ideology, policymakers should be formed in the long-term practice of science. Consciously to lead the development of scientific spirit is essential to realize scientific decision making of leaders. To adapt to the new economic norm and building a well-off society put forward new requirements for leadership decision-making, leading cadres must pay attention to the cultivation of scientific spirit, and constantly improve the spirit of science literacy and scientific decision-making ability.
