【摘要】:一個(gè)好的智商、情商、逆商是副職在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體中能夠正確發(fā)揮角色作用的重要管理之道。范增作為項(xiàng)羽陣營的副職,是助項(xiàng)王奪取江山的關(guān)鍵性人物,他的出現(xiàn)與失敗,可以說決定了中國的歷史格局及其歷史走向。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),范增IQ很高,善于運(yùn)籌帷幄,能夠謀局勢(shì)、求發(fā)展;但是EQ較低,未擺正自己的副職位置;另外AQ極低,在遭遇挫折后沉淪放棄,最后導(dǎo)致整個(gè)項(xiàng)羽陣營內(nèi)部失和而被劉邦所滅。因此,本文從范增之鑒入手,分析副職在其位上如何做到科學(xué)地管理自我的"3Q"。
[Abstract]:A good intelligence quotient, emotional intelligence quotient and inverse quotient are important management ways for deputy posts to play a role in leading collectives correctly. As a deputy post of Xiang Yu camp, Fan Zeng is the key figure to help the king to seize the rivers and mountains. His emergence and failure can be said to determine the historical pattern and historical trend of China. However, the EQ is lower and does not correct his deputy position; In addition, AQ is extremely low, after experiencing setbacks, sink to give up, and finally lead to the internal disharmony of the entire Xiang Yu camp and was extinguished by Liu Bang. Therefore, this article starts with Fan Zeng. This paper analyzes how to scientifically manage self-"3 Q" in the position of deputy post.
