【摘要】：正單位內(nèi)邊緣人(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)邊緣人)是相對(duì)于主流人群而言的,指的是在單位內(nèi)被疏離、不被重視的人。邊緣人也有政治參與的意識(shí)和欲望,但是缺少政治參與的途徑和環(huán)境。隨著自媒體時(shí)代的到來(lái),每個(gè)人都有了表達(dá)自己意愿、看法的平臺(tái),邊緣人在缺少當(dāng)面溝通、當(dāng)面匯報(bào)、當(dāng)面交流的情況下,更容易通過(guò)自媒體等其他途徑表達(dá)自己的政治參與主張,這就是通常所說(shuō)的"休眠的火山"和"即將噴發(fā)的火山"。邊緣人與主流人群是相對(duì)而言的,他們之間是能夠
