AE公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:IT產(chǎn)品市場具有更新?lián)Q代快、技術(shù)含量高、行業(yè)競爭慘烈等特點。近年來,隨著以云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新興IT技術(shù)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)PC行業(yè)日趨沒落,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展迅速,這既打破了IT企業(yè)發(fā)展的格局,也顯現(xiàn)了巨大市場潛力。AE公司是一家IT制造企業(yè),當前面對內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化,制定正確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略已成為當務(wù)之急。 本文以AE公司為研究對象,運用戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論與SWOT分析方法,對AE公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行了較為全面的研究,把握了公司目前存在的增長動能不足、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不能適應(yīng)最新的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的市場發(fā)展等主要問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文提出了AE公司未來五年發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的總體思路、戰(zhàn)略目標,戰(zhàn)略重點和戰(zhàn)略實施階段劃分,,闡述了戰(zhàn)略實施相關(guān)策略。在戰(zhàn)略實施策略的研究中,本文提出了要從戰(zhàn)略出發(fā)對人力資源管理模式進行調(diào)整,提高產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力;對產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化,關(guān)注與移動和智能產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、研發(fā);拓展海外營銷渠道,在合作中謀求發(fā)展等。 本文研究成果對于AE公司正確把握市場的變化趨勢,制定促進健康發(fā)展的公司戰(zhàn)略,具有實際指導意義與應(yīng)用價值。對IT產(chǎn)品行業(yè)相關(guān)企業(yè)也有指導和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:IT product market has the characteristics of fast updating, high technology content and fierce competition. In recent years, with the development of cloud computing, big data, Internet of things and other emerging IT technologies, the traditional PC industry is declining day by day, and the mobile Internet is developing rapidly, which has broken the pattern of IT enterprise development. AE Company is a IT manufacturing company. Facing the change of internal and external environment, it is urgent to formulate a correct development strategy. Taking AE Company as the research object, using the theory of strategic management and the method of SWOT analysis, this paper makes a relatively comprehensive study on the internal and external environment of AE Company, and grasps the lack of growth kinetic energy of the company at present. The product structure can not adapt to the latest mobile Internet market development and other major problems. On this basis, the paper puts forward the overall thinking, strategic objectives, strategic focus and strategy implementation phase division of AE Company's development strategy in the next five years. This paper expounds the relevant strategies for the implementation of the strategy. In the study of strategy implementation strategy, this paper proposes to adjust the human resource management model from the strategic point of view, to improve the product innovation ability, to optimize the product structure, to pay close attention to the production and development of mobile and intelligent products, and to improve the capability of product innovation. Expand overseas marketing channels and seek development in cooperation. The research results of this paper have practical guiding significance and application value for AE Company to correctly grasp the changing trend of the market and formulate the company strategy to promote the healthy development. IT product industry related enterprises also have guidance and reference role.
