【摘要】：繼"世界工廠"之后成長為全球科技創(chuàng)新中心,是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新動力和新方向。隨著第四次工業(yè)革命的到來,率先發(fā)展包括大數(shù)據(jù)和云計算在內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè),使數(shù)據(jù)和計算成為驅(qū)動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵投入要素,是科技創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)的基本途徑。作為知識經(jīng)濟的前沿,數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展及其向其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的滲透,使包括倫敦和紐約在內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟中心城市轉(zhuǎn)型為新的全球科技創(chuàng)新中心。與傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟不同,數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)濟的主導(dǎo)者是能實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)實時在線共享的平臺�；谄脚_的組織和制度創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的持續(xù)涌現(xiàn)將引發(fā)經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的一系列深刻變革,推動我國經(jīng)濟進入新的發(fā)展階段。
[Abstract]:After the world factory, it is the new power and direction of China's economic development to become the center of global science and technology innovation. With the arrival of the fourth Industrial Revolution, the data industry, including big data and cloud computing, is the first to develop the data industry, so that data and computing become the key input elements to drive the economic development, which is the basic approach to the construction of science and technology innovation center. As the frontier of knowledge economy, the development of data economy and its penetration into other industries have transformed the economic center cities, including London and New York, into a new global scientific and technological innovation center. Different from the traditional economy, the data economy dominates the real-time online data sharing platform. Based on the platform of organization and system innovation, the continuous emergence of innovative entrepreneurial activities will lead to a series of profound changes in the economic structure, and promote China's economy to enter a new stage of development.
