【摘要】：信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和全球化不斷擴(kuò)展加深了信息要素對于區(qū)域發(fā)展的作用,因此基于信息要素視角下的信息空間研究有助于政府管理部門為信息化發(fā)展和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的布局提供科學(xué)的決策。從信息流的角度出發(fā),建立了基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息流要素的信息空間測度方法,采用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法深入探討區(qū)域信息空間的格局和分布特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),信息空間呈現(xiàn)"異質(zhì)"發(fā)展趨勢,省份的信息影響力呈現(xiàn)"東—中—西"三層遞減態(tài)勢。國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對信息空間的格局分布具有一定的影響作用。中東部省份中,北京、上海和廣東省連接了中國南北以及東部地區(qū),形成穩(wěn)定的"三角格局",現(xiàn)階段中國的信息空間格局并沒有完全脫離地理空間的制約,在一定程度上依然部分依賴于地域分布。
[Abstract]:The continuous expansion of information technology, networking and globalization has deepened the role of information elements in regional development. Therefore, the research of information space based on information elements is helpful for government management to provide scientific decision for the development of information and the layout of information industry. From the point of view of information flow, an information space measurement method based on Internet information flow elements is established, and the pattern and distribution characteristics of regional information space are discussed by using complex network analysis method. It is found that the information space shows a trend of "heterogeneity", and the information influence of provinces decreases from east to middle to west. The national development strategy has certain influence on the pattern distribution of information space. In the central and eastern provinces, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong Province have joined the north and south of China and the eastern part of the country to form a stable "triangular pattern." at this stage, China's information spatial pattern has not completely separated itself from the constraints of geographical space. To some extent, it is still partly dependent on geographical distribution.
