【摘要】：在新一輪科技革命和產業(yè)革命中,充分發(fā)揮產業(yè)要素組織和產業(yè)培育潛力對于搶占產業(yè)的創(chuàng)新高峰具有重要現實意義。本文首先構建了產業(yè)要素組織與產業(yè)培育方式的理論框架,以主體要素為視角提出了產業(yè)要素組織的三種方式,以產業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)為切入點提出了針對不同環(huán)節(jié)的產業(yè)培育方式,并厘清了產業(yè)要素組織與產業(yè)培育的關系,據此形成可推廣應用的理論框架。在此基礎上,以中關村核心區(qū)云計算產業(yè)為例,運用產業(yè)要素組織與產業(yè)培育理論提出了核心區(qū)云計算產業(yè)未來要素組織的工作重點與針對各產業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的培育建議。
[Abstract]:In the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, it is of great practical significance to give full play to the organization of industrial elements and the potential of industrial cultivation in order to seize the innovation peak of industry. Firstly, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of industrial element organization and industrial cultivation mode, puts forward three ways of industrial element organization from the angle of view of main elements, and puts forward the industrial cultivation mode aiming at different links by taking each link of industry as the starting point. The relationship between industrial factor organization and industry cultivation is clarified, and the theoretical framework of popularization and application is formed. On this basis, taking the cloud computing industry in Zhongguancun core area as an example, using the theory of industry element organization and industry cultivation, this paper puts forward the work focus of cloud computing industry in core area in the future and puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation of each industry link.
