互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用與工資收入差距——基于CHNS數(shù)據(jù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】：基于2004—2011年的中國營養(yǎng)與健康調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(CHNS),本文使用最小二乘法和控制自選擇偏差的傾向性得分匹配法詳細(xì)估計了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用對工資收入的影響。結(jié)果表明,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用對個體工資收入有積極的影響,尤其對于擁有高中學(xué)歷的個體而言,這種影響更大。本文進(jìn)一步使用基于RIF回歸的FFL分解方法考察了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用對工資不平等的影響。本文發(fā)現(xiàn),2004—2011年間互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用比例的增加降低了整體工資不平等,且使用過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高中學(xué)歷人員比例增加有助于降低高工資與中等工資收入人群的工資差距。同時,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用收益率的下降也有助于降低工資不平等,尤其有助于降低高工資與中等工資收入人群之間的工資差距。因此,普及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用,尤其是提高低收入群體的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用比例和普及該群體的高中階段教育對于抑制不平等的擴(kuò)大有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Nutrition and Health Survey (CHNS),) from 2004 to 2011, this paper uses the least square method and the tendency score matching method to control self-selection deviation to estimate the impact of Internet use on wage income in detail. The results show that Internet use has a positive impact on individual wage income, especially for individuals with high school education. In this paper, the effect of Internet use on wage inequality is investigated by using FFL decomposition method based on RIF regression. This paper finds that the increase in the proportion of Internet use between 2004 and 2011 reduces the overall wage inequality and that the increase in the proportion of high school graduates who have used the Internet helps to reduce the wage gap between high and middle wage earners. At the same time, falling Internet use yields have also helped to reduce wage inequality, particularly between high-and middle-income earners. Therefore, universal Internet use, especially to increase the proportion of low-income groups of Internet use and to popularize the upper secondary education of this group, is of great significance to curb the expansion of inequality.
