【摘要】：政企客戶為中國(guó)電信高價(jià)值客戶,政企業(yè)務(wù)收入是中國(guó)電信各分公司收入的重要組成部分。面對(duì)政企市場(chǎng)日益白熱化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì),不斷提高政企業(yè)務(wù)支撐水平成為亟待解決的問(wèn)題。為此,全面分析了目前政企業(yè)務(wù)支撐的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,提出了通過(guò)整合現(xiàn)有多個(gè)系統(tǒng)原始數(shù)據(jù),以帶寬型業(yè)務(wù)自動(dòng)配置技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),建立可實(shí)時(shí)響應(yīng)的前端智能支撐系統(tǒng)的解決方案,從而改變現(xiàn)有支撐模式,提高政企業(yè)務(wù)支撐水平。該方案已在廣州電信進(jìn)行了試點(diǎn),并取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:Government-enterprise customers are high-value customers of China Telecom, government-enterprise business revenue is an important part of the revenue of all branches of China Telecom. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in the government-enterprise market, it is urgent to improve the business support level of the government-enterprise. Therefore, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and problems existing in the business support of the government and enterprise, and puts forward that by integrating the original data of many existing systems, it is based on the technology of automatic configuration of the bandwidth-type services. In order to change the existing support mode and improve the business support level of government and enterprise, the solution of front-end intelligent support system can be established. The scheme has been tested in Guangzhou Telecom and has achieved good results.
