【摘要】：隨著廣域物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與數(shù)據(jù)藍海持續(xù)擴張、海量運算法則與迭代智能運作蓬勃發(fā)展,云計算產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的企業(yè)級應(yīng)用場景日漸暴露出核心數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)度困難且成本過高、零散數(shù)據(jù)安全隱患嚴峻、相關(guān)政策法律缺失與救濟通路不暢等巨大風(fēng)險。亟待通過普及信賴托管、強化技術(shù)標準、完善權(quán)能交易、整合內(nèi)部認證、規(guī)范外部監(jiān)控以及約束公權(quán)探勘等逐步構(gòu)筑比例協(xié)調(diào)、近零重疊、高效低耗的企業(yè)級混合云生態(tài)系統(tǒng),推動工業(yè)4.0時代數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動經(jīng)濟增長的顛覆式創(chuàng)新進程。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the wide-area Internet of things and the blue sea of data, massive computing algorithms and iterative intelligent operations flourish, the enterprise application scenarios of cloud computing industry chain increasingly expose the core data scheduling difficulties and high cost. The security risks of scattered data are severe, the lack of relevant policies and laws and the lack of relief channels. Through popularizing trust, strengthening technical standards, perfecting competence transaction, integrating internal certification, standardizing external monitoring and restricting public power exploration, etc., we need to gradually build up scale and coordination, near zero overlap, high efficiency and low consumption of enterprise mixed cloud ecosystem. Promote the industry 4.0 era data-driven economic growth disruptive innovation process.
