數(shù)字貨幣的發(fā)展與監(jiān)管

【摘要】:正最近,比特幣價(jià)格持續(xù)上漲,屢創(chuàng)新高,再度引起市場各方和監(jiān)管部門的關(guān)注。與此同時(shí),圍繞比特幣而展開的數(shù)字貨幣發(fā)展前景也激發(fā)了諸多討論。但實(shí)際上,以比特幣為代表的私人數(shù)字貨幣,自身尚未具備成為真正貨幣的條件,無法有效履行貨幣的基本職能,所以把它定義為"準(zhǔn)"數(shù)字貨幣更為準(zhǔn)確。因此,我們不能狹隘地把數(shù)字貨幣理解為就是比特幣,應(yīng)該從私人數(shù)字貨幣上升到法定數(shù)字貨幣這樣的視野來審視問題。央行法定數(shù)字貨幣的競爭
[Abstract]:Recently, Bitcoin prices continued to rise to record highs, attracting renewed attention from market parties and regulators. At the same time, the prospect of digital money around Bitcoin has sparked a lot of discussion. But in fact, the private digital currency represented by Bitcoin does not have the conditions to become the real currency and can not effectively perform the basic function of currency, so it is more accurate to define it as "quasi-" digital currency.
