【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)代中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、政治的進(jìn)步和文化的繁榮，一個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的中國(guó)公民社會(huì)逐漸發(fā)育成長(zhǎng)起來，其建構(gòu)逐漸走向清晰，并對(duì)我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)等諸多方面產(chǎn)生著越來越深刻的影響。然而，中國(guó)公民社會(huì)在其發(fā)育成長(zhǎng)的過程中也面臨著諸多問題和困境。與此同時(shí)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在我國(guó)的普及使用使網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)迅速在我國(guó)發(fā)展起來。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)在促進(jìn)中國(guó)公民意識(shí)覺醒、提高公民素質(zhì)等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用，并為中國(guó)公民社會(huì)的成長(zhǎng)起到了促進(jìn)作用。因此，本文試圖在研究中國(guó)公民社會(huì)發(fā)育過程中存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上，從網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，重點(diǎn)研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)公民社會(huì)發(fā)育的積極作用，并就網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)在發(fā)揮作用過程中如何對(duì)其進(jìn)行規(guī)范進(jìn)行探討。 全文共分五個(gè)部分。 第一部分是引言，主要包括問題緣起、選題意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)和中國(guó)公民社會(huì)的研究綜述、研究方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分是全文的理論基礎(chǔ)，著重闡述了有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)和公民社會(huì)的基本理論。具體包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成和特征以及公民社會(huì)的內(nèi)涵、特征及其構(gòu)成要素等觀點(diǎn)。 第三部分首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了中國(guó)公民社會(huì)的內(nèi)涵、產(chǎn)生的背景和基礎(chǔ)，隨后重點(diǎn)分析了中國(guó)公民社會(huì)發(fā)育的現(xiàn)狀及其在發(fā)育過程中存在的問題。 第四部分是全文的重點(diǎn)，也是難點(diǎn)。闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)在中國(guó)公民社會(huì)發(fā)育過程中的促進(jìn)作用。 第五部分是結(jié)語。在簡(jiǎn)要分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)在中國(guó)公民社會(huì)發(fā)育過程中的消極影響的基礎(chǔ)上，從制度、技術(shù)和管理三個(gè)角度出發(fā)，對(duì)如何規(guī)范和完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)進(jìn)而構(gòu)建中國(guó)公民社會(huì)進(jìn)行了嘗試性的探討。
[Abstract]:With the development of contemporary Chinese economy, the progress of politics and the prosperity of culture, a relatively independent Chinese civil society has gradually developed and grown up, and its construction is gradually becoming clear, and it is also clear to our politics, economy and culture. Social and many other aspects are having more and more profound influence. However, Chinese civil society also faces many problems and difficulties in the process of its development and growth. At the same time, the popularization of Internet in our country makes the network society develop rapidly in our country. The network society has played an important role in promoting the awakening of Chinese citizen consciousness and improving the citizen's quality, and has played an important role in promoting the growth of Chinese civil society. Therefore, on the basis of studying the problems existing in the development of Chinese civil society, this paper focuses on the positive role of the network society in the development of Chinese civil society from the point of view of the current situation of the network society. It also discusses how to standardize the network society in the process of exerting its function. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the origin of the problem, the significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research on the network society and Chinese civil society, research methods and possible innovations. The second part is the theoretical basis of the full text, focusing on the basic theory of network society and civil society. It includes the connotation, constitution and characteristics of the network society and the connotation, characteristics and elements of the civil society. The third part briefly introduces the connotation, background and foundation of Chinese civil society, and then analyzes the current situation of the development of Chinese civil society and the existing problems in the process of development. The fourth part is the focus of the full text, but also difficult. This paper expounds the promoting role of network society in the development of Chinese civil society. The fifth part is the conclusion. Based on the brief analysis of the negative influence of the network society on the development of Chinese civil society, this paper sets out from the three angles of system, technology and management. This paper probes into how to standardize and perfect the network society and then construct the Chinese civil society.
